I know i'm going to be in the minority when I say this, but I wish they were remixing the game. If any Capcom fighter needed remixing this is it. MvC2 is one of the most broken fighters ever released by Capcom. The balance is terrible. I had a blast playing the game but the bulk of the roster is useless because badly imbalanced the game is. Not to mention the fact that I was annoyed by the old recycled sprites when the game released and now they are decade older.

 

Ok, but are you willing to wait another 4 years for your remixed version? I'm not. If they release this in the Summer they can do whatever they want then and work on one for all I care. If it ever does finish, I will pick it up yet again.

 

4 years is nothing. I waited 10 years for Street Fighter IV
