For the first three hours, I've been learning the ropes with the controls and objectives. I do like the transitions of the objectives. I've been enjoying the MP. After those three hours, I'm suddenly thrown with people with rocket launchers, snipers, spawn grenades, turrets, etc; getting my ass pwned every minute. All you have to do is get points, and you're suddenly dubbed as 'an experienced player.' I really want to enjoy KZ2, but the ranking system is terrible. The game threw me with experienced players way too fast.

Never heard that before.
It'll make you stronger, its survival of the fittest.

And everyone agrees that RPGs are a pain in the ass in KZ. I join games without them

Got to get better then. That is all I can suggest. I think the next patch will fix things up though at least. I'm used to games like this though where I get my ass beat after I have had a few good rounds. It just helps me to get better faster.

Turn on the "my rank only" thing.

I can't when the enemy is spawning in our team's spawnpoint with shotguns and rockets. I also can't play with n00bs anymore.

Its also better than for example CODs system. You have around 30minutes in Boot camp then thats it

Make sure that you are searching with games that have my rank only. Also, look for games for noobs (in the title) or games that don't have rockets. That should be notified in the game title.

Also can I suggest 16 player games - they are so much more skill orientated and not just crazy explosion chaos games like the 32 player ones

Oh yes. I never play in 32 player games. I like 8-16 player games much better.
