I've used US PSN cards for a long time and I live in Venezuela, as long as you have an US account you can use US PSN cards anywhere in the world

Hey man! I had to find a workaround for this since I'm outside the US. There's a method similar to PayPal that's called entropay where create a virtual credit card and you can use that card to buy stuff on the PSN.

The only thing is that they charge u 4.95% for every time you reload the credit card, and the minimum amount is 20 bucks, that's a dollar more. But it works, go to:

www.entropay.com

I've seen some of these and was going to suggest one, but some of them really look shady and I'm not familiar with US versions of them. Since this person has 1 post I'm only going to say that you should do your research first, but that I have seen them before.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

I am using Entropay for my US PSN. It's the only virtual credit card that I found to be working when you live in Europe to buy from the US store. I recommend it.
