Well... Actually

There's only one Goron that is being called Brother - Darunia (if I recall correctly).

He also has a mane (is that an English word? You know, that around his face, like lion males have). No other Goron does. Potentially, he could be the only male goron. Or well... Not completely, as there is one elder that is called Grandpa, but he could be the previous male or something.
