I remember some lady asking me to kill a ton of them and I ended up doing all because why not. There wasn't alot I looked up. I remember loooking how to get a pure bladestone for certain, though.

FINALLY finished Demon's Souls.

Had the game for a year. 46 hours play time.

Awesome experience.

I haven't platinum'd any of my games so far - haven't really been into finding all the treasures for Uncharted2 or anything similar. For me beating a game on the hardest setting is enough.

I dunno if I'm going to try it for DS, but I'm a little tempted. There is still Old King Doran's soul that I have to get.. Also, I have to find all the rings, learn all the spells/miracles and max out weapons etc. etc.

Anyone still playing?

I'm SL 82 NG+ on tower of Latria right now. Only 42% of trophies :(

I'd LOVE if someone could help me by dropping some of the harder to obtain weopons.

Anyways, reason for posting is that it is PURE WHITE TENDENCY until 17 Oct, so take advantage people...

I played a bit the day before getting Dark Souls, but my Soul Level is way above yours (235 currently). Unfortunately I don't think I can't find anyone to soul-suck my character back to the vicinity of SL 82, because I've got pretty much everything (including a Sharp Uchigatana +5, which is often the most seeked weapon for trophy completion).

Have you done both the Pure White and Pure Black World Tendency events yet?

I'm not much of a wiki&guide man, so no - I haven't. Are there any essential things I should do?

Well. there are the NPC's on each of the world's and their Black Phantom counterparts (which often drop better inventory) when it's on Pure Black Tendency. 

From the events in Pure White that I remember are: 

World 1, on 1-1 you can go to the left side door in the starting area in which you'll fight Executioner Miranda and you can find the Brushwood Set at the bottom of the building there.
World 2, on 2-2, you can find Scirvir which will give you a Pure Greystone if you show him the Dragon Bone Smasher (which is obtained in 2-3 with Pure White Tendency).
World 3, on 3-1 the rubble that was blocking the access to the right side of the walkway were Rydell is locked can be accessed and there's the Sage's set. You can get the key to unlock Rydell on 3-2 (requires White tendency, not Pure needed)
World 4, Satsuki appears at the start of 4-1 and requests the Makoto sword from you (which is found on 4-2 with Pure White tendency). He'll attack you if you give him the sword though you'll recover it from him
World 5, Selen Vinland appears on 5-2 and requests the Crest that the Black Phantom Garl Vinland drops on 5-3 (it only appears on Pure White tendency after killing Maiden Astraea).

How many playthroughs did it take to platinum Demon's Souls?

Four is the minimun number, because some archdemon's souls have four different uses.
