Is he there when you start the stage? 

He is either in 1-3, which would be strange considering you didn't save him or he could be dead.

No he's not there when I start. :( I think he died, the first time I played this stage, I didn't talk to him... *sigh* Poor Ostrava.. and poor me, I don't get that item. So where should I go after beating Tower Knight?

Go to 2-1. You can't do 1-3 until you get an Archdemon soul.

Also, by not saving Ostrava and/or looting his corpse when he died you lost out on the Mausoleum key, which unlocks a door in 1-1 behind the Red Eye Knight, which has Old King Doran inside, who happens to be pretty tough, who in turn drops some sword and Old King's Armor set I think.

Any recomendations on where to go after 2-1? 2-2 seems kinda hard. Also is today saturday or sunday? I've lost track of real world time.

Personally, I went 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 3-1 and am now doing 4-1. After that I will try 5-1 and then afterwards do 2-2 and 2-3.

Just curious does any body else losses a large amount of souls like me ?(just lost another 37k to the blind guy in 4.2 )

Also, I gave Blacksmith Ed the Red hot soul that was Flamelurker (AKA the asshole) but I didn't see anything new tbh.

If I was 37k souls I would turn my ass around, get back to the nexus and spend them.

It sounds like you hold onto them waaaay too long.

I always spend as much souls as possible when I'm in the Nexus but when I have cleared 3/4 of a level I really don't want to back track through eampty corridors that I already cleared all the way to the Nexsus sward then go back spend the souls before going to the same level agian only this time the enemies respawned -_-

any1 know where i can get a spear? i cant do shit against the lizard guys in 2. i know the merchant has it in 1-1, but i saw him in 2-1 so i assume he cant be accessed in 1-1 now? or does he go from area to area as you are there
