I'm 180 lbs but I'm 6'5".

About Canada and the metric system. We're a confused bunch:

Outdoor temperature is in Celcius
Water (pool) temperatures is in Fahrenheit
Distances and speed are mesured in Kilometers (Km/h for speed)
Most people use pounds and feet for weight and height.

I think you should be around at least 200 lbs if you are 6'5 but all good. At least you weren't as fat as I was a few months ago! Always better to be a few under then a bunch over.

That is exactly what I'm using here in Canada. Thanks for posting it...I was just too lazy to do it myself
