I doubt the dangerousness of the virus in all areas. I mean, it has mainly killed in areas with poor hygiene. While many are being diagnosed, most are recovering. That isn't to say that it cannot mutate again. I'm also not meaning to undermine the potential devastation that it could cause in poorer countries worldwide, but for those living in healthy environments, we should be able to keep good hygiene and get treatment if we feel that we have symptoms of the flu.
It's pretty scary and with 13 confirmed deaths out of a population of 6.5 billion, I'm not sure mankind can get through this.
Glad there are not too many diseases of this magnitude about!
And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... You do realise the fear isn't of the virus right now, its of what might happen if the virus turns into a pandemic?

And then what if the pandemic turns into a tornado?
I'm not overtly worried by this. People will die, sure but its not like mankind hasn't weathered this kind of crap before.
Teacher at my kids Highscool just can't back from vacation in mexico. With a confirmed case of swine flu too. Schools shutting down for a week I think.
Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.
