some guests maybe members that don't always sign in I do this if I'm in a hurry.
narrowing access may help but could hurt also. I watched this site for a long time before signing up
no i want to look at them w/o logging in i dont see my self posting or logging in yrs from now
non members use to be able to view all weekly SW data w/o being a member that changed around 07 which made me join if it hadnt changed i wouldnt be a member and evey1 wouldnt have to read my crap so it would be better off for others to leave it the way it was

That's what caused me to join. I was actually on this site for 78 days before posting. And that's just as long as I was a member, probably equally long time before I signed up.
I think that the data should absolutely not be restricted.
