why would they be upset with nintendo...they have the highest userbase!

 According to the show because Nintendo doesn't pay Wiiware game developers  unless their games sell a certain amount while Apple, Microsoft, and Sony always do regardless of sales.

dev's sign contracts they know the risks up front when their game don't sell they become unnamed dev's if they can't sell a few thousand downloads of their game maybe they should do something else.

I sort of agree.

I mean developers cant control how their games will sell. They can make a heck of a good game for all they care but if it does not sell on WiiWare, it is not their fault and they should be paid regardless.
