VIII had a card game too. So I'm not sure which card game Kasz is remembering. Both card games are really fun. VIII's was so good it was actually made into a free online game via a website heh. I probably liked VIII's card game a little better, but IX was a much better game all around.

An interesting side note (not directed at anyone in specific).  Did you know that Hiranobu Sakaguchi has stated many times that FFIX is his favorite, and Nobuo Uematsu has stated many times that FFIX is the best music he has ever made?

Naznatips: Wow I am on the 4 cd in FFVIII and I have not even tried out the card game, maybe but I dont really remember. I have found cards but I dont really got a chance to try it. FFXI had also a cardgame online but you had to pay for it. Yeah I have heard that atleast one of them said that statement. I really like FFIX its probably the FF game I have played the most. But somehow I cant let it be my favorite ff game. It can depend on that I could not see the ending completly becuase the cd had a scrath on it. But I have seen videos of the end....its really sad when I think about it :(

Yeah, a bittersweet ending.  If you haven't tried the card game in VIII yet, I highly recommend that you do.  It's my favorite part of the game by far lol.  It's called Triple Triad, and if Square had released a video game of just that card game I would have bought it haha.  I would often turn on FFVIII just to play that game.  Eventually I found the website for it.  I stopped playing a couple years ago, but the website is still running if any of you wanted to play it: http://www.ttadvance.ca/

The card game in FFIX was called Tetra Master.  It was almost as good.  Personally I love strategy card games, so I got pretty addicted to both of them.  If you want to play Tetra Master online, you have to go through Sony's online service Play Online: http://www.playonline.com/tetraus/index.html

Unfortunately Play Online costs money.  There is probably a free site to play it out there somewhere, but I haven't looked too hard.  

naznatips: The ending was not that sad really, I was sad about that I could not finish the game probably. But thanks for the website because I cant try the card game for now. I am at adel in the end and I cant go back saved over my 3 files. My characters are under levled some of the are at lvl 16-17 so I seem pretty screwed cant level where I am can just lvl my GFs. Omg the thread have become totally off topic big part of it is my fault :D

Triple Triad was the one I was remembering actually. Not sure i saw much of 9 in that case.

If you like triple triad I'm sure you'll like Tetra Master too.  It wasn't quite as good imo but still very fun.

Yojimbo I'm pretty sure almost all the blame for how off-topic we are falls to me lol. 

Just so everyone knows, if you play Tetra Master with enough people in FFVIII, you get cards of all the GFs and characters, and you can turn them into stuff that lets you create spells. You know, for junctioning. I made myself immune to pretty much everything on all characters....

The game is way too big for just a minimal 1.8gb disc.

A 50gb disc would do it.

Hey is there anywhere to catch up with the story video? I kind of remember it.

The first one I understood 100%. You had to save the princesses (I forgot why they stole them) and seal all of the keyholes.

The second one was where I was completly lost. Was Roxas just in the game because he was imagined by Sora? Can someone please explain the story to me or give me a video explaining it. I havent played KH2 for what? Over a year?
