Not in my area. They have been upgrading the hell out of the lines lately. Even though I have their premium package even their standard package has gone up since they started screwing with things. It should be about 15mbps down 2 up for basic, 20 down 2 up for basic plus, and 30 down 2 up for premium.

Of course it could be a matter of the area your in too. They might not have the $$$ to upgrade your area yet.

Still retest with the Dallas server. Should see a bit better performance.

That can be a combination of your speed being too slow or the other' party's beining to slow and/or both or Nintendo's servers being craptastic take your pick.
