Are you asking us to recommend games? Well, if it's only games under $5, there probably aren't a lot you want and even less must haves. You will probably have to dig through 500 copies of Spyro and a bunch of Madden games only to find more bad games.

Most of the good must have PS1 games are going to cost more than $5...

Lots of RPG's like Suikoden II, Valkyrie Profile, Xenogears, both Lunars, out there cost like 50$+. I think Suikoden II even goes 100+.
