#1. You can identify most Xbox 360 fanboys by looking for the Xbox Live gamer-tag in their signature and checking that the post is indeed in the Sony forums discussing a PS3 exclusive game. A white swan cannot hide amongst black swans and we all know Sony only released a white console in Japan for a limited time.

#2. Most browsers come equiped with a page search feature. You can identify if there are Xbox 360 fanboys in the thread by typing certain words such as 'metacritic' into the search bar. This is an important giveaway as we all know how in love 360 fanboys are with that site.

#3. Xbox 360 fanboys use the term 'PS3' alongside other words which PS3 fans don't tend to use for their console. So if you see 'PS3' strung up alongside such words as 'sucks, losing, failure, etc' chances are that even if the other giveaways are not manifest you indeed have an Xbox 360 fanboy in your midst.

#4. Only Xbox 360 fanboys like Halo and GoW, if you see someone who isn't calling them overhyped pieces of crap or worse yet, defending those pieces of crap you probably could consider them to be Xbox 360 fanboys. Reasonable Xbox 360 fans understand how terrible those games are next to Genji: Days of the blade and Dark Kingdom.

#5. Only Xbox 360 fanboys crow about the successes of third parties. This is because there aren't exactly any stellar first party games to actually crow about now that Bungie are technically 2nd party alongside Gears of War. Sony and Nintendo fans have a healthy appreciation for their favourite console manufacturers games, Xbox 360 fanboys have little to appreciate.

#6. Xbox 360 fanboys don't like to talk about how good Xbox 360 games are, so when they say they don't overhype games its true. They spend most of their time talking about how bad they think PS3 games are instead.
