So far I sure can. I didn't properly kiss a girl until I was nearly 21 and didn't properly date until I was about 22ish.

ive kissed two girls. one i regret, one i dont.... the one i dont regret also happened to be my gf for 6 months. A year ago i would never have expected to be saying this, but oh well. Sometimes unexpected things happen XD

This reminds me of a story. One of my mates at school once said he'd never kissed a girl. So the gay guy in my class kissed him on the spot. So my mates first kiss was with a man.
