More people are interested in Disaster than they are HAMMER, myself included.
But, why is that? We have only seen a 15sec clip on Disaster.
With HAMMER, we had a full demo.
It is mostly because we Imagine that the games will turn out GODLY. They will be the NEXT BIG THING. No matter what, it will be AWESOME. For all we know, Nintendo cancelled it because it just wasn't good. Why is it that most people can't consider such things?
In the end, though, I think it is just easier for people to blame Nintendo for cancelling games that we knew little to nothing about.
It would be a different story if, for example, Mario Galaxy were cancelled, because we have seen tons of videos and demos for the game. We have already drawn conclusions, based on impressions of the game, on the game.
When something like that happens, then I will cry foul.
The Less you have seen, the more excited you are:
HAMMER(demo)-mildly excited
Disaster(15sec clip)-very excited
Sadness(Concept)-OMFG
