I've never heard of any of those games Star Scream, are they that good?

I'm surprised about Double Dragon 2 too, I think that when people make a list like this, the rest of the people tend to remember its awesomeness and add it to their list as well.

Megaman 2 and 3 came in the mail today and they work perfectly, I played a stage of 2 so far.
