In 1999, we were introduced to the Sega Dreamcast and as quickly as it came, it went away. Neogaf user, Goodcow, found a old CNBC video report on the Dreamcast in the year 2000. Ten seconds in, you can get a glimpse of why the Dreamcast may have died. Peter Moore kicking a soccer ball in the office may seem fun but it doesn’t move consoles. We’ll at least they were right about online gaming being huge on the consoles.
