Aah, finally someone looking forward to overlord. I don't get wii owners sometimes, always complaining about no core games, but this game doesn't get mentioned a lot. Ign gave it a good hands on and said it looked really good. It deserves atleast some hype

IGN is also downscoring or just straight ignoring a lot of other good Wii and DS games, that should also be considered good third party games. So frankly, the fact that IGN likes the game so far is good for those who read their page, but doesn't make it a 'core' game for the Wii. Just like Zack and Wiki didn't become super popular and sell half a million just because they hyped it up the wazoo.
Wii: Space Walker, Sin and Punishment 2, Muramasa, Tiger Woods, Grand Slam Tennis
DS: Ninokuni, Infinite Space, DQ IX
I await Punch-Out!!, The Conduit, TMNT: Smash Up, Sin & Punishment 2, Zelda: Spirit Tracks, Phantasy Star 0, Wii Sports Resort, and The Legendary Starfy, and eagerly await announcements for PilotWings and Pikmin 3

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Really?
House of the Dead Overkill 8.3
I think that IGN problem is exactly the oppposite, they review Everything. Even the cheap "find it at Wal-Mart" crap, they need to have a quality control to stop flooding the Wii review section.

DS - The Legend Of Zelda: Spirit Tracks
- Mario & Luigi: RPG 3
Wii - The Conduit
- No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle
- Punch-Out
- Wii Sports: Resort
- Sin & Punishment 2
- Red Steel 2
- Muramasa: The Demon Blade
- Fragile: Farwell Ruins Of The Moon
- Dead Space: Extraction
- Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
- Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers
- New Play Control: Metroid Prime
- New Play Control: Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
- Disaster: Day Of Crisis
WW - Final Fantasy IV: The After Years
- Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles: My Life As A Dark Lord

That is part of the problem. But also, even with many of those 'lower quality' games aside, just look at the comments within their Wii/DS reviews. Time and time again, their reviews focus on the games graphics, online features, stupid things like 'lack of voices' on DS games and 'lack of innovation' or 'too much innovation' on Wii games. In short, they're comparing all the games on the Wii and DS to the games on the 360 and PS3. When they should be judging the games based on the systems strengths and the games qualities alone.
As a result, all of the games are recieving what seems to be deflated scores. To keep the games lower than the other consoles.
Wii:
Little King's Story - Klonoa - Pikmin 2 (NPC) - Muramasa - Fragile - Kizuna - Monster Hunter 3 - FFCC Crystal Bearers - The Conduit - Overlord Dark Legend - Tiger Woods 10 - Metroid Prime (NPC) - Wii Sports Resort - Excitebots... plus any good surprise... plus new E3 announcements? (my wallet already screams...)
DS:
Mario & Luigi 3 - Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks - Professor Layton (2 & 3) - The Another World - Rhythm Heaven - Dragon Quest IX - Kirby Super Star Ultra... plus any good surprise, especially on the RPG front...
