Username gave you a good list there at the near top, and i'd especially recommend 3:10 to Yuma, its a great movie with very good picture quality.
Id also recommend you to buy Planet Earth, it has the best picture quality Imo

It only got a 37 on metacritics but i really really enjoyed Speed Racer and its unique and vibrant HD visuals on Blu-ray. Its actually like the only Japanese to American film that stayed most true to the original anime. IMO.
