Forums - Sony - I'm very happy at how MLB: The Show is performing.

It's handily outselling MLB 2k9, even on the 360, where the majority of American gamers, and therefore baseball fans usually buy their games. I'm very happy about that.

Being the obviously far superior game, The Show definitely deserves the success. I guess the public finally caught on that Sony's baseball game is far better than the competition.

On a side note, why did EA stop making baseball games?

90 average on metacritc (ps3) is amazing for a baseball game and i think ea stopped making baseball games because they realised baseball was crap

baseball is not crap. it's a sport that epitomizes tactics and speed over brute strength and physicality. meaning, it's a more intelligent game.

It selling amazingly well, the best selling PSP game in March, best selling PS2 game in march, and best selling PS3 game in march (305,000), Sony should release it in other places than just the U.S

didn't they release it in canada and mexico?

i guess it's not getting a release in japan coz of the huge number of baseball games over there.
