I just want to see God of War 3 in good shape....and please some GT5 gameplay running for crying out loud!

I don't what to expect from this conference.

Sony normally steals the show out of the big three... how is it a decent show if Sony shows off more content and stuff than the others? Sony's press conferences are always awesomely setup.

Uncharted 2....

omg last year little big planet powerpoint was insane!.

Yep, normally Sony kick's ass. No FF multiplat anouncement takes that away...

I think this is a bit too optimistic a view of E3.

Firstly, I will point out that MS has promised to break the bank at E3, and Nintendo has promised to make it an E3 that the core gamer will love. Ubidays has been cancelled so that Ubisoft has more to bring to E3. Everyone will be having a big E3.

There are six games in that list — something which no gamer can ignore. When you consider the likelihood of a Team Ico announcement aswell (which is pretty darned likely), you’re looking down the barrel of a massively convincing Playstation 3 software lineup."

That is some nice name dropping. Pity is, if you're dropping names, then they won't be big E3 announcements because they've already been announced. And by the way, Heavy Rain is not going to sell anywhere near as many units as most PS3 fans on this site think it will, neither will MAG or God of War. We already have a decent amount of detail about all of these games, sure there'll be trailers, maybe even a few release dates. But that's hardly going to make the conference a turning point. The Team ICO game will be cool I'm sure, but once again, not a turning point by any means.

I agree, the PSP is going to get some sweet games this year, and if the PSP games that are planned for the PSP in '09 make their release dates then it will certainly cause some sort of medium-long term hardware boost. But then again, the DS is also getting some sweet software releases, including Dragon Quest IX and Zelda: Spirit Tracks.

If they can just give us a GT5 release date in 2009 that would be big enough!!!!!
