Try plugging something else in that slot of the TV first and make sure it's not the connection there. If you stop having that problem I think any place like Gamestop or Wal-Mart has replacement cables.

Nintendo.com sells those cables if they need to be replaced.

Nope, you'll have to buy them. I have no idea if talking to Nintendo support would get you a free set but I wouldn't have high hopes (but still worth trying if you don't mind waiting).
Soriku, does your TV accept the other kind of cables? Component I think it is (the blue and green ones) Because if it is your cables that are the problem, you might want to think of upgrading to the better cables. I hear that games look a lot better with them.

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.
It is probably a bad cable. Call Nintendo if and they will send you new ones.
It's either a problem with the cables or the connection on the tv itself. Try to test both before you make a decision on what to get.

No clue, try looking on the Amazon, Wal-Mart, Gamestop or most any other site. Though I do agree with the person that mentioned getting the better cables if your TV supports it.
ok, so if pushing hard fixes the problem, then i'm betting connection on the TV.
If you said that jiggling the cables fixed the problem, then i'd say its the cables. definitely hook up a DVD player or something else to check the TV connection because i'm fairly sure thats it.
you can get cables as cheap as $5+shipping online. I bought a set of components for that much and they work fine (no reason to pay tons for cables that don't perform any better)

Are you using a switch to change inputs? Have you removed it and tested without it? If so, then yes, it's probably the cables. One of the plugs probably has an open and needs to be replaced. Call Ninty if you're still under warranty.
If the problem returns, Soriku, you might be able to fix the cables yourself. If the problem is that they do not tightly fit the connection, there is a way to fix that.
If your cables are like mine, the end of each of them is separated into 3 pieces, with cracks between them in a Y formation. Try carefully using a knife or something to wedge them a little further apart, and see if this helps.
Other techniques I have used successfully in iffy connections are NOT pushing it in quite all the way, wiggling it to see if the connection improves, etc.
