So they expected this to be the worst selling GTA game on such a large user base? They must have had very low expectations.

Heh it's cool though, they are at the realization that hardware doesn't facilitate the software but that software must sell hardware.

Nintendo fans only bought Nintendo systems because they are incumbent consumers for that platform, of course their games won't sell compared to Nintendo's even if Nintendo publishes it because those games don't have any market. Their own fault for treating the PS2/PS1 like some deity.

I'm sure they just wish they made China Town Wars earlier so they could of enjoyed the massive sales with a DSi relaunch.

I love the internet sometimes. The people who know the budget, expected sales pattern, and break even point for a given game say the sales are fine. The people who have none of the above knowledge claims they have to be wrong because of.. uh... shit. Seriosuly kids, let it go. I am as surprised as anyone to hear Take 2 actually expected this luke warm reception (although I guessed it would happen as well) but there is no reason to lie here. People lie when they have something to gain from it. Tell me what they gained by lying or show some actual evidence that it is under-perfoming or just move on.
