and of course prices of the consoles have nothing to do with it.

Wearing your rose colored glasses? I would imagine KZ2's advertising/development cost would be very similar to halo3's. And we all know which sold better.
This entire thread is skewed to a certain degree. Mass Effect, Forza, Left 4 Dead, lots more (console exclusives should count).

Seriously, If you honestly believe a $100 price cut for the PS3 won't dent the 8 million gap,then you're clinging to false hope.
The 360 even now is barely outselling the PS3 as it is. Most consumers(and gamers) don't look at the games at first,it's the price. This thread is irrelevant.
FACT - XBOX 360 has 139 games over 80 on metacritic.
PS3 has 96 games over 80 on metacritic.
xbox greater quality AND quantity than ps3
