Its just rather boring. When I was 11 it was amazing to collect the pokemon and watch the TV show, but now that I'm older its really old and boring. You do the same concept over since Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, FireRed Version, LeafGreen Version, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl. WOW those are alot of boring games. Except the first Red, Blue, and Yellow, then my Pokemon fever went away when I was in the 8th grade. Girls started to be my factor of gaming.....lol

Pokemon was originally a manga that began in the late 70s, it was redone in the early 90s which prompted the games (then redone again in the late 90s).

The concept the article mentioned of everything being coded so you can register it online is interesting. Sounds like it could be as fun as entering a bunch of friend codes. Maybe if it's combined with an eye-toy it could take off.

They are more interesting because of story though...

Well I'm tired of the games. The Pokemon had been getting progressively uglier and cruddier in my opinion. Nothing beats the original Pokemon.
