F*ck no. Have you ever seen any of the older episodes? The characters used to have some depth to them, but now it's all fast, quickshot jokes that half the time aren't funny. Not only that, but matt groening then brought politics into the mix!

I thought the show showed promise. While it was a bit rough, as with most pilot episodes, it had some moments and it has a tonne of talent behind it. The minds of 'Arrested Development' and the voices of both that and SNL certainly holds a fair deal of potential. I especially liked Will Forte's character, the vice principal... admitedly, I do love Will Forte.
Fox should cancel The Simpsons that show isnt funny anymore.

With all due respect to shows like the simpsons (and even shows like south park and king of the hill) there's just a point where you've run your course. The simpsons movie was great and would have been a great "final episode" of sorts, but I guess there's still demand....

Futurama is lightyears ahead of all of them, it should have had 2-3 more seasons at least.
I really don't understand why the Simpsons has survived this long. Considering Fox's track history, I'm surprised they didn't killed the show off after its 2nd season.
at least american idol is still on, right?
