Simple question really. I know it will probably never happen simply cause the gun is too good, and those without it would simply get pwned. But if the electricity were available through DLC or up for some sort of PS Store auction, how much would you pay for it? Or is it even possible to quantify the value of such a ridiculous weapon? If we could use it in multiplayer, $5. I think that's a lot. If we are talking about real life, I would use my entire bank account, then sell it to the government or something.

They should include it in a map pack. The gun is so cool though, I would pay a few dollars to be able to use it in the MP.
