I think Next Level will have a higher budget for Punch-Out!! not hugely but I think they'll have gotten more room with Punch-Out!! Sales will be larger than Mario Strikers due to Nintendo's advertising push I think and also less competition, Remember Strikers release in 07 when Wii had MANY quality titles.

I can see Wii Sports Resort and Grand Slam Tennis taking away sales however.

Definitely if the multiplayer happens to be good.  Or at least be like Smash Bros. on the Wii.

I think it'll need online to achieve Mario Kart like legs. So far, that's not been indicated. Without online I think this will do a little better than Mario Super Sluggers.

This is the 4th boxing game coming to the Wii within a 6 month range.  Or did u mean something else?

Wait a minute, you guys think that Facebreaker, Madworld, Don King Boxing, and Ready 2 Rumble are indicative of something.

With the exception of Madworld, those games were guaranteed garbage, played like it, and sold like it (However, Facebreaker K.O. Party outsold the PS3/360 versions). This is a Nintendo title we are talking about, they have a pretty good batting average when it comes to quality.
