Games been in Japan and Europe for a while, their are just taking a fairly small game and seeing how it works out in NA alone. The problem is, I think it's too small to get a good idea.

isn't this game like nintendogs? I heard well one time on youtube. there were button to be pressing like barking sounds but it was like PA-TA-PA-TA i didnt understand what is going on I love my DSi my son :)

prediction: wii to sell 150million console by end of 2010
O_O this games already out here, never knew that LOL! Good to be in the EU sometimes.
If rumours are true, and PSP-4000 is UMD-less, dual stick, touch/slidescreen model, E3 reactions are going to be epic.
Come to think about it, we have yet to see a single screen/video of LBP PSP, could it be because it supports touchscreen PSP-4000 model?
I like physical format for my games too, Sony could use a modification of the Memory Stick for the PSP2, along with the PS Store... As long as they eliminate UMD, i'm cool...

There is no way it is UMD-less. They would taking much more drastic measures to prepare other then taking 1 fairly small game in 1 region and using it as a basis for a whole new business model.
I also doubt dual analogs. I think too many games have come out to completely change the controls, they will probably save that one.
ok it's settled that the 4000 will be UMD less but it is a pretty drastic hardware change, what games will take advantage of this? Touch screen and dual sticks cannot be implemented into a game like LBP for PSP simply because that cuts out 47 million people who own the older spec PSP's.
My guess is that this will be announced and Sony will say that from now on, games will release on DD, UMD and memory sticks which is locked so that it can only be used to hold that one game.
This new hardware seems to be true so it is going to be the big announcement by Sony at E3. PS2 for a tiny amount of time, PS3 gets the largest amount of time and right at the end Ken walks out with the 4000 and shits gets real. Slew of games shown such as LBP, Motorstorm, GT portable and a game is played on the 4000.
BUT.........the sounds of these features makes me think it is going to be very expensive = uh oh Sony screw it up again.

Actually, I think they could easily have standard control for earlier models, and new ones for PSP-4000. ... It wouldn't splinter the market, it would just take more time for developers to implement all options.
We shall see but whatever happends i'm not picking up a games console ever again, getting too old for this. As long as these games release on UMD on the other PSP's I am happy. :D
I am starting to feel bad that I bought a PSP 3000 on sunday...
In either case.. sales would be tracked by sony alone, since they would likely just give a download number. PSN games tend to sell very well anway, its a good idea, but I dont think it was smart not releasing it on UMD..unless they are trying to make PSP owners jump to PSN.
