i bought this game FEB 26 2008, well my bro bought it for me for my birthday
the game is good but it's short
i mean i think it's 5-6 levels
but the co-op was fun
for 20 i say why not

I actually have a (ahem) copied version for the PC which doesn't have the ability to do the online.

Okay, fair enough. I will say that single player L4D is poor, if not outright bad. A big part of L4D is teamwork, something that doesn't work when playing with AI. Playing campaigns online on expert, as well as versus with competent teammates and opponents is where this game is great.
