Yeah, I know this is coming for the 360 (not sure about the PS3) but I don't know how well a fast game like this would work with a controller. I know you can hook a mouse and keyboard to the PS3 and I've heard you can do it to the 360 but I'm far too lazy to do anything like that.

Plus, as much as I think Steam is the devil (fuck you and your auto updates Steam-- burn in hell) it's just so much easier to download it.

They're nice unless you're trying to make a mod. It sucks having everything blow up just about every Monday. What was even worse is that our deliverables were always on Mondays. -_-

Then there's also the fact the offline mode just doesn't work unless you have the special Valve only dll that makes it work offline (which I know exists because I actually got it from them last GDC). I don't know how many interviews I had where people wanted to see some of my HL2 work but I couldn't show them because I couldn't open Hammer because I couldn't connect to anything.

I don't do much modding, so it doesn't really bother me.

Very nice as always, but it's a pity they didn't show any footage from playing as the zombies. Would also be interesting to see more bosses, but I suppose they have to keep some surprises for people who buy the game. =P

Yes, but they're showing quite a bit of footage, even though the game has been delayed until early '08. So between now and then...perhaps it's good to hold off some footage for more hype later.

Actually, are there any videos or screenshots anywhere from the zombie players perspective? I know I've seen a crap load of stuff from the humans but I haven't seen much from the zombies perspective, only read about it.
