Forums - Nintendo - Rhythm Heaven: It's good, but...

...after playing a significant amount of the game, it has become clear that the GBA original is better.  I still highly recommend the game, but if you try it and love it, I even more highly recommend that you get ahold of the original game.  It will knock your proverbial socks off!

It was still fun as heck to me, and I only played the demo.

The touch screen just seems more intuitive than pressing buttons.

It may seem so at first, but when you get to the parts of the game where absolute perfection is required, the touch screen becomes more of a liability than you may realize. In addition, although I haven't unlocked all of the games yet, the GBA ones are often more interesting in design.

Again, this isn't to insult the game in any way; I still love it.  I just don't love it quite as much.
