Pretty Impressive! Perhaps tales of Graces will b the first wii game I purchase...we'll see.

Hopefully ToV for PS3 gets outside of Japan since everybody should have the chance to play the game. ToG looks great!

I Predict that Tales of Graces is going to do at least 500k in Japan during its opening week.

Rough (and I mean rough) translation, though I'm sure it gets the idea across:

Intro: A world with the sky covered in the sea, Efinea
Civilization flourished by using a substance called "Eles", putting it into an element called "Cryas".

The three countries: Windol, Strata, and Fendel existed as equal national powers, but are also competing.

Child Asbel: If I don't become strong, I'll lose someone who's hurt again...

2D battles in VS confirmed - Tales Studio as a developer as well.

Not sure what to think about it, on one hand I'm not sure main Tales Studio has enough experience with PSP hardware, on the other hand I'm glad Alfa System are (probably) working on Phantasy Star Portable 2.

Art and cut scenes in Graces are pretty appealing.

No way, 500k is too much in Japan opening week. 500k LTD is more like it (It can sell more though).

 

 

Really? I mean this is a flagship title JRPG exclusive to the Wii coming out most likely during December which I thought was a big shopping season. But you're right I may be overpredicting here.

I think 500k may be right. Not only is it on the Wii and its going to come out during shopping season but the ToV movie (if advertised well) could really boast the Tales popularity. Also there was the 25 episode Tales of the Abyss anime.
