Why do I always lose money when im changing avatars.

Occasionally I change my profile picture but everytime I do I lose $25 this is not fair. Im not encouraged to lose my hard earned money - i work hard to make quality threads i dont have $25 to give away lol, $25 is a lot of money in terms of 'Forum Activity'. Considering the Economy we are in changing profile pics is becoming a luxury, a luxury I can't afford im already in debt lol. Who is going to bail me out? lol.

But in all seriousness can't we make the uploading and removing of pics at the same price of $75.
