Alright, it IS indeed a very bad joke. But why does Sony do such things? The already made advertising with project gotham racing 3 a few months ago...

 Yea, the situation is pretty funny, but it's also really funny how some say it's Sony's fault for that since all you need is a flash drive and a video in mpeg format and you can put trailers and videos on your PS3 in 30 seconds or less.

Man, that's sooo funny. It seems like Halo 3 and PS3 will always be linked in some way. I saw a Halo 3 guy playing a PS3 on a store the other day.

I'm sure some people will fall and will buy PS3s just because of this.

This seems much more like a MS marketing tactic than one of Sony's, assuming it isn't just a mistake on Blockbuster's part.
