This sad you should all be comdeming this kind of blogs/articles regardless of your cosole alignance.

Unfortunatly, there is a diagnosis known as "fanboyism."  If the article supports the console, said fanboys going to support the article, especially if it bashes the other consoles.  Hence as a result, fanboys I could name would say stuff along the lines of, "Great article!," or "I agree with 83.17% of everything he says!," and so these kind of articles will keep being made. 

It's not like this guy wants to provide noteworthy information to the gaming public (whether or not these actually are his views I can't say), he's just doing this for the views and the controversy.  Sad to say but that's professional journalism in this world today in a nutshell, and if people keep biting into this kind of writing, this is what we're going to keep seeing.

Pretty coincidentally sequenced wasn't it?  Believe it or not, he was actually just one of the folks I was thinking of at the time.

the ps3 is a gimmick let me tell you why ok. first of all it isnt much approvement from the ps2. think about it this way, you can upscale dvds to look like blue-rays. what if they just used dvds for games and upscaled them? in other words, they could just make ps2 games and upscale them so no need for blue-ray so the ps2 and the ps3 are the same.

the sixaxis is such a ripoff the wiimote. first of all have you used it before?? where is the sensor bar? you cannot play wii sports with sixaxis

sony has online service but it is not good. well, i understand you do not have to pay for it like xbox live but you do not have to pay for wii service. secondly they copied nintendo. playstation home is a ripoff of the check mii out channel on the wii don't you think? the wii has the best online, you can play youtube, browse internet play with friends in mario kart all for... lets guess.... FREE

for storage nintendo announce sd cards so it will never run out of space like the ps3

I hope I have made some good points here for everyone to consider. i think mya rgument is fair and shows that the wii is not a gimmick the ps3 is!

This is just a big, ridiculous joke. I prefer to think this way.

I think the PS3 is, actually, one of the *worst* consoles ever. I have some "proofs":

- It was released one year after the 360, with the promise to bring graphics that no one could even imagine. More than 2 years later, it still didn't show anything better than 360 could do. And if your opinion says some games couldn't run on the 360, you must admit the difference is almost null. I think just this reason is enough.

- It is very expensive, just because of a Blu-Ray drive wich still doesn't make ANY difference for games.

- It has been losing most of its exclusive titles for 360 and even the Wii.

- The so called High Definition gaming is translated into a just a few games that can run 1080p.

- It managed to instantly ruin Sony's gaming division, coming from a record-breaking market share to what we can consider a failure (judging by sales difference).

Now, Sony Fanboys still dream that someday the PS3 will use its "full power". All I can say is: wouldn't it have been better if it showed more power from the beginning? I mean, when (and if) it reaches its "full potential", Pc gaming will be so much powerful (already is, PS3 was never better) it won't even be noticed, except for some people who will say :"Wow, if only the PS3 launch titles were like this". For me, the will to see producers making use of PS3's full power two or three years from now seems as exciting as if I somehow discovered gold on the moon and someone told me I would be able to go there and get it when I'm 70 yr old.

I mean, wasn't the PS3 all about the graphical power? Well, there has always been something better on PC. Does anyone think the PS3 would be able to run Crysis?
