Perfect Dark in every way apart from the slowdown.
But perfect dark wouldn't have been anything without Goldeneye naturally.
My favourite level across both games goes to Goldeneye's 'Facility', though.

Goldeneye. Cmon nintendo stop being retarted and let M$ make the port and then you and them can reap the glory while we the gamers enjoy this title!!
Long Live SHIO!
Incidentally, I know the term 'bots' was the one that eventually caught on, but out of respect for the great PD I tihnk we should try to refer to them as simulants in this thread.
P.S. The simulant function was just amazing in Perfect Dark, wasn't it!? I constructed some really adictive multiplayer scenarios which I found myseld playing solo for hours on end.

People who say Goldeneye are wrong. Its that simple.
- Rare made both games
- Perfect Dark has a higher polygon count (expansion pack)
- Perfect Dark has more weapons
- Perfect Dark weapons have dual functions
- Perfect Dark has alien guns and human weapons
- Both had excellent multiplayer options, but Perfect Dark had more maps, even remade Goldeneye maps (even a golden magnum)
- AI is smarter
- Enemies had better hit detection
- More dialogue and faces from enemies.
- Dont remember if Goldeneye had coop but Perfect Dark had both coop and "counter op"
Overall perfect Dark has more polish all around. Whoever says Goldeneye is flat out wrong. Its your opinion, but its also wrong.
I'd forgotten about Counter-op! that was a great feature. Really innovative.
Goldeneye didn't have co-op.

the co-op was a blast on perfect dark. Maybe the only shooter with a co-op like that
Counter-op! Completely forgot about it but damn so awesome!
To be honest, it is hard to make a decision. I mean, I clocked so many hours into the GoldenEye multi with friends. But I clocked more hours into PD. Not many of my friends managed to slide into the PD multi and I'd often play alone. Which was fine, the bots where amazing.
Still, I'll chose PD. I mean, the AI was incredible, and still is (played it incidently a week ago). It's great firing a weapon out of someone's hand and see the reacton. Fight, flight or plead. Some pleaders, when shot again will start fighting again, others flee or plead further... it's great!

Perfect Dark, street lvl, it was basically rubbish but opened my eyes to what could be, sneaking around undercover in a big world.
In reality you get found out as soon as you move and the street is more like a couple of corners but still I love it for what it wanted to be
