The main point of this is don't judge legs from three weeks of sales. You could say it alludes to the possibility of legs, but I could say that for a bunch of games. Hell, the game had a small dropoff this week in one region, but what if next week the sales plummeted and it only sold 2k in PAL? Would that be legs? At the level of sales Madworld is it (which is fairly slow), you should probably wait more than a few weeks before even considering whether the games has legs or not. A small decrease when the game has sub-10k sales is not anything to get excited about, especially given how much marketing it was supposed to have. |
I know that it's too early too call. I was surprised to see that there was no drop from week 2 to week 3 (as always happens as far as I've seen), so I created the thread. Maybe I could have titled it differently :P
I definitely agree that the sales don't look impressive yet (even if Sega says they're happy).
