I'm an owner of a 70001cb slim PS2... and need help from you guys that own this exact model. I need you to test a few games that you could have problems on this particular model, I want to know that to be sure of the chips inside my PS2 (EE/GS saparate or combined)... so I won't screw up with a game purchase

Play these for some time and tell me if it gives you any problems.

The Tiger Woods and Ghost Recon should both work, I have those games and everyone of mine worked on the Slim PS3

No, i am still at work, Sorry. I have never heard of any problems with the PS2 slim with not being able to play games. Does the PS website say anything? There is a compatability check on there for the PS3 I wonder if there is for the PS2
