It's not that I dont like catoony graphics in the right game i.e Banjo, Mario etc. But PD on 64 was an adult game. It wasnt cartoony, and pushed the bounderies of the N64. PD2 better follow 1's resume' and not PDZ's.

No, it makes you sound crazy.  You are comparing a product that never shipped for the original Xbox to games that did ship.  I have yet to see any system pull off the lighting and texture effects from the following project Dolphin demo from 2000. The tech demo was called rebirth and ran real time off the final gamecube hardware. 

Dude your comparing a non game engine, non playable console release tech demo to a game engine that is obviously playable. ???????????????????????

That Gamecube tech demo should be compared to Xbox tech demos. Not an actual game engine. LOL

Never mind the fact that the tech demo you posted was well below shipped products on the cube's quality.  Anyway let's get back on topic about the Perfect Dark tech demo.  Last gen is over with and we will never see new products for the xbox or cube ever again.

No, it's not a playable demo as there are no on screen enemies etc. on screen.  It's just a tech demo of a game engine.

I don't care what fan you were.  You have no idea what you are talking about.  The tech demo you posted was of a robot and a person in a very confined circular room.  The tech demo "rebirth" is not confined to a small room and easily has way better lighting and textures then the robot.  Go watch a high quality version of Rebirth.  There use to be one available.  You'll see that it pulled off some very cool effects.

GC was last-gen's X360 (architecture-wise). It won graphics hands down.

No onscreen enemies does not mean it's not being contolled. Your right it is a tech demo of a GAME engine. a PLAYABLE tech demo. The tech demos we posted are NOT game engines and are NOT playable. I dont need to view a high quality video as I have all GC tech demos on an ONM DVD from 2001. As I said I was a massive Nintendo fanboy.

No it was not playable. Moving a character around a screen with nothing to do is not playable it's called demoing.
