No, I think Target in this case is a manufacturer of products and not referring to the discount store. Sony really really wants their own Mario or Halo that they can spam continuously year after year. None of their IP's are big enough honestly. GT is a driving simulator. It would be hard to market that in an extra value meal or happy meal like mario and halo.

I hope they don't milk things too much, but I've been waiting for real life sackboys for awhile now!

Some of this merchandise would have been better if it was for sale before the games came out, like Sackpeople plushies, KZ2 Zippos, Kratos underpants (There is still a chance for these to be available before the games release)
