Again this story about xbox price.... everybody knows it's cheaper... it's the only positive point about xbox360.... but don't forget that to have an xbox360, you need to buy 3 or 4... since they keep breaking....

There is no such thing as futureproof... otherwise it won't be the future by definition...
It has long legs for sure... but I don't know what it can bring on the longterm...

I was just pointing out my thoughts on why the 360 is doing better. This isn't a debate on which is the better machine. Its not my job to keep PS3 fanboys from getting butthurt.
oh please, don't act as if you have all the wisdom and that everyone who disagrees is some fanboy who is apparently automatically injured in their bottom area.
This is just "xbox rules and ps3 does not", no matter how you dress it up. Just come out of the xbox-closet and admit you just want to praise the 360 (nothing wrong with that) instead of making it out to be some sort of "just my thoughts on the situation" while it wouldn't have mattered, as long as the 360 came out on top for you.
Point and laugh as much as you like at the ones you call fanboys, but you're apparently just as big a fanboy.
Wouldn't the higher price of the PS3 actually help it's life span? Sony could just drop the price when the sales slow down, and it would get new life.

If you PS3 fans are so prone to being butthurt why did you buy the losing console? Fanboys tend to bash the other machine or say it offers crap games. I'm just saying its too damn expensive considering the 360 offers much of the same games.

360's superior performance and graphics in multiplatform games really destabilizes PS3's claim as the tech god of consoles. I don't know what I'd do if I were Sony.

It all depends on the library it offers. Sony published games don't have outstanding sales and the 360 at this rate offers the same 3rd party games. If the PS3 can gets a price drop the 360 will get one as well. Its kind of a stalemate.
