I was just playing world of goo and my blue light started glowing, with excitement I turned off world of goo checked my mail and nothing just a message from my friend. When the wii first came out I remember talk of wii connect 24 were we would get regular updates, channels and even new levels ready for us to try when we wake up in the morning.

What happened?

You drank a bit too much of the Kool-Aid?

Companies always promise the world when their products debut and rarely follow through on the features that don't produce revenue.

The light glows whenever you have any new activity... as a message from a friend...

In any case, my wii updates automatically... and the light glows for 10 minutes or more

ya just a freidn message, but I get ya be nice if they used WiiConnect24 more.

well, they send you stuff, just not every morning. like with mario kart wii, it sends me the new tournament has started message twice a month.

the only thing i can think of that messages you every day is super smash bros brawl. it gives you a player made level every day [but of course they don't let you keep it. can't even save it...grr.]

Reading the replies, we DID get the new levels (SSSB), Channels, and updates. 100% of what they said was true. Not to mention the weather and news updates. Some suck (Check Mii Out, I'm talking to you), but I guess I'm happy with it.

lol my wii was glowing blue when i had it turned off here the other day so i unplugged it. I dunno i found it a little annoying XD
