From personal experience (completed both games) there is not even a contest dude. Its obvious you haven't played both. Play a match a Phyruss Rise in KZ2 and watch the wind affects and the sand particles..

still don't get why people make such a big deal about this...when you play the game you won't even notice this differences(maybe a few) but who cares?? it's not totally going to ruin your fun while playing it....graphics comparisons are a waste of time if you think that 1 game is better looking than the other then just keep it to your self whats the point of bragging about it to other ppl? you don't get nothing out of it.

I cant find a single graphics aspect that K2 owns RES5.
What to say first, the lack of trees, the small color pattern, or the textures size...

I admit that has better animations...

know that sony will take 4 to 5 years to make another game looks like this .. now i see the reason for 10 years lifecycle.

Bullshit. It took them not even 4 years to make KZ2 and that included making the game engine. Now if KZ3 uses and improves on that same engine then it will look better and take maybe 2.5 years to make.

^And actually, Uncharted 2 is coming out this fall. It'l look better than KZ2 probably, and it didn't take 5 years :P

Just play KZ2 and you ll know why(i own both RE5 and KZ2 and love both).Resident evil is in top 5 PS3 games graphically and in top 2 X360 games.

 hype after hype .. uncharted 2 didnt look better than killzone 2 and am sure IGN will give the graphics 8 for uncharted 2.

Dude, Uncharted 2 isn't out yet. If you played the 1st one you will realise that any improvement on it will result in an unvelievable looking game.
