North Korea don't exactly have a reputation for being all lovey dubey. In fact they have a reputation for being very very hostile and you don't have to anything to provoke it.

While it is true that the US is a very hostile country by reputation in many parts of the world they do things by correct protocol and respect human rights for the most part. North Korea develop nuclear weapons without permission (even though their tests were pathetic) and have a tendancy to torture their own citizens, let alone the countires they war with. 20% of the nations population are in the army too, which is a high number to not be willing to go to war.

^im not concerned by them atm though, i think theyre smart enough to know that war wont benefit them atm.
