Heres the funny thing. They did tests, just as they do with all multiplats or big exclusives. You can actually measure FPS and averages it keeps right? Here is the ABSOLUTE funny thing, in all tests, PS3 averaged better, by about half a frame... 58.7 FPS average(Ps3) 58.3 FPS average(360), 25 tests, including different campaign maps to online.

Check out the latest, they show a slightly different story. I looked them up when a couple of PS3 fans asserted to me that there were frame-rate dips in COD IV.
