Like the title says, at least where I live. I found this out by accident, so I'm putting a heads-up so you can hurry on down there before it ends (April 4th). The sale is pretty much for any game Target sells -- as usual, the price of the freebie can't be higher than either game you paid for. ($49.99 and under, some blogs warn, so maybe you can't get 3 copies of Wii Fit this way. How tragic.)
Unfortunately, my Wii game collection is fairly up to date, but I still found room for de Blob, the Kororinpa sequel (based purely on the fact that I loved the first one), and the New Play Control! Mario Power Tennis game.
