It all depends on Sony, however, MS has been pretty successful in it's reaction to PS3 sales increases. Sony will do great this year, but I still think that the 360 will top it in sales.

50-50 and in my opinion it could be decided if the economy starts to show a spark of life by September.

My reasoning was very simple actually.

Microsoft said: "We will be 2nd in the console bla bla bla"

I was like: "Ok, yeah that makes sense, they will do something drastic this holiday season"

I didn't know at the time that the original Xbox 360 design acts as a faraday cage. Its impossibe to add wireless to it internally even if they wanted to.

Their strategy isn't exactly clear to me. On the one hand they are struggling as a company and on the other they still have the potential to greatly improve their sales. Im not sure what they will do from their recently released statements, they are as ambiguous as they are contradictory. (I suspect Microsoft doesn't know either, and Nintendo doesn't care)
