Percentages mean nothing.You have to look at the actual numbers.

As others have stated,GT4 sold over 9 million,I guess that means it flopped because not even 10% of owners bought it.

The fact is it sold 9 million.9 million is awesome.

Killzone 2 has sold 1.32 million in it's 5th week. That's really good,despite it's percentage to total user-base.

Considering KZ2 was one of the saviour games for the PS3 6% is meager. It really shows that PS3 market didn't care as much for the game as expect. Though at least it's making money and didn't up like Haze or Lair.

If R=K/P is the tie ratio at a given week, the condition for it to increase next week is to sell more KZ2 copies than R*dP where dP is the number of PS3 sold next week.

In our case, if next week 150K PS3 are sold, then KZ2 needs to sell more than 6% of that = 9K copies to increase its tie ratio.

Well, seeing as 90% of PS3 owners bought their PS3 to only watch blurays then that figure's pretty good.

I reckon a game's selling quite well if you have to conjure up some maths tomfoolery to get a figure out that makes it look bad.
